Shipping & Returns

General Order Information:

  • Merchandise are eligible for store credit within 30 days of purchase as long as item is unworn and unwashed with the tags attached. (Return shipment must be postmarked by the 30th day.)
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
  • We are not able to process your refund until we have received your shipment.
  • Items marked FINAL CLEARANCE and not eligible to be returned.
  • No orders can be changed or modified after check out.

Shipping

  • All orders placed by 12 PM CST will ship out the same day. All orders placed after will be shipped out the following day. Note we do no offer shipping Saturday or Sunday.
  • Circle X Country Store is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS, products that are lost, or products marked delivered. Once the package has been delivered to is shipping destination we are not responsible. Regarding all shipping information, please contact the shipping provider you selected.
  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times  as we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure all information enter is correct. This includes shipping address and payment information. Packages return due to incorrect information is not our responsibility. If any chances are to be made to the shipping information please email us at cxcountrystore@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so.

The following items are final sale and CANNOT be returned: Cinch Boots and Johnny Ringo Boots

  • All returned items must have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them.
  • Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear to be tampered it will not be accepted.
  • When making a return, please include the original order number and a note or email about why it is being returned.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchanges

  • Due to our limited quantities, we are unable to guarantee we will have the item you desire remaining.
  • We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item.
