Many companies which claim to have stone ground corn meal have in fact only a tiny percentage of the finished product that is actually “stone ground”–just enough to justify their claim. Using only select North Carolina non-genetically modified white corn, our corn meal is 100% stone ground, then sifted to perfection, leaving all of the rich corn flour intact. This yields a product with a full corn flavor that simply cannot be matched.
